Kayu & Co is a social enterprise homewares business that ethically manufactures enviornmentally sustainable homewares and lifestyle products for Australian and US markets.

In 2021, Global Sisters hosted a Sister Pitch, matching female founded businesses with leading Australian CEOs in order to accelerate their business growth. Ira was matched with Jodie Goldsworthy, the Director of the Beechworth Honey Group. This led to an initial order of 5000 custom desgined honey dippers for the iconic Australian brand. In 2024, Beechworth Honey have placed a follow up order.
