Natasha,
Practice Inclusion

Solo mum  |  Autistic ADHDer living with mental ill health and chronic health conditions

A solo parent with two neurodivergent teenagers and having chronic health conditions, autism and ADHD herself, Natasha found herself no longer able to continue in traditional employment roles, which led her to create Practice Inclusion. She saw a need for this type of business through her own experiences navigating accommodations and access needs in the workplace, particularly during the COVID-19 lockdowns in Melbourne.
